Well-located plots of land are available in a well-established residential area, with no existing structures, and with a sunny orientation.

Several plots of land are available on a larger, undeveloped property, which will be subdivided. The offering of smaller plots, unlike what is typically available, aims to make homeownership more affordable and provide an alternative to apartment living.

Various plots of land are being offered. The size of the plots ranges from 180 m2 for a semi-detached house to 260 m2 for a detached house. It is possible to build living spaces of approximately 130-150 m2. The houses are planned to have two full floors (ground floor/first floor) and an attic. It is also possible to purchase a larger plot of land.

Currently, the subdivision plan, including the building regulations, is still being coordinated with the local municipality, so that any preferences of potential buyers can still be taken into consideration. Within the framework of the so-called "building boom," a building permit can then be granted in an expedited process.

Excellent location within the Rülzheim administrative district, in the municipality of Hördt, with direct access to the four-lane B9 highway ("Rhine Line"). Very good public transportation connections (S-Bahn, regional train, bus) to Karlsruhe, Ludwigshafen/Mainz, Speyer, Landau/Mainz, and Heidelberg. This is not a flood-risk area.

All necessary infrastructure facilities are located nearby. A wide range of leisure activities and opportunities for recreation are available in the Hördt Rhine meadows, the second-largest nature reserve in Rhineland-Palatinate.
