I am renting out a student apartment near the university, with a view of the Hafermarkt.
The kitchen includes a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and two hotplates. There is also a socket for a microwave or small oven.
The lease would begin on July 1, 2026.
The apartment is only available to students. There is a processing fee of €120, and parental consent to co-sign the lease is required, along with proof of financial stability.
The total rent, including utilities (heating and water), is €573.00.
There is a modern, almost new bathroom, a kitchen, and a storage room in the basement.
The building has shared washing machines, but there is also a connection in the apartment for a small washing machine (top-loading).
