The rooms are located on the 1st floor of the main house. There are a total of 4 rooms available for shared use. Each room is lockable and accessible 24/7. Upon reaching the landing, there is a small waiting area. Additionally, there is a small kitchenette and two restrooms, one for women and one for men.
The rent is a "warm" rent, which includes utilities. There are also some minor additional costs that will be billed separately.
The prices are as follows:
