Upon request, we offer a wonderful, tasteful, and modern interior design package (for an additional monthly fee). This allows you to move in directly without having to transport or assemble heavy furniture. If you prefer to bring your own furniture, we will disassemble our furniture and store it for you.

Our washing machines and dryers, located in the communal basement, are available for a flat monthly fee of €15.

High-speed internet and digital TV are available for €15 per month.
Our utility costs are a truly "all-inclusive" package, including water, heating, building cleaning, snow removal, etc. – a fixed and predictable amount.
No unpleasant surprises with the utility bill!

We are looking for long-term tenants who value a collaborative and harmonious rental relationship and are willing to commit for at least one year, preferably longer.

Before signing a contract, we must always check your creditworthiness. If you have any negative entries in your credit report, please inform us before any viewings.
