The apartment is located in the old district of Cologne-Mülheim, near the Mülheim harbor, and directly adjacent to the new green space between Hafenstraße and Deutz-Mülheimer Straße. From here, you can reach the pedestrian bridge to the youth park and the Rhine Park in Deutz in just two minutes. As part of the "Mülheim 2020" project, the Rhine embankment has already been transformed into an attractive park with a cycle path, offering a place to relax and unwind.
The Deutz-Mülheimer Straße in this area is subject to traffic calming measures. Numerous shops and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity.
Public transportation links are excellent. You can reach the city center within 12 minutes via the Wiener Platz and Grünstraße stops. The trade fair grounds and Deutz are just 4 and 6 minutes away, respectively.
