This modern apartment, built in 2004, features a well-proportioned living room with an adjacent kitchen. From the living room, you have direct access to a large balcony that receives sunlight from morning until midday. The apartment actually has two separate bedrooms, which are currently combined into one large room. By installing a partition wall, the room can be easily divided back into two bedrooms. For this reason, we have included both floor plan variations.

The bathroom features a heated towel rail and a washing machine connection. In addition, the building has a laundry room and a drying room.

From here, you can reach the pedestrian bridge to the youth park and the Rhine Park in Deutz in just two minutes. As part of the "Mülheim 2020" project, the Rhine embankment has already been transformed into an attractive park with a cycle path, offering a place to relax and unwind.

The Deutz-Mülheimer Straße in this area is subject to traffic calming measures. Numerous shops and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity.

Public transportation links are excellent. You can reach the city center within 12 minutes via the Wiener Platz and Grünstraße stops. The trade fair grounds and Deutz are just 4 and 6 minutes away, respectively.

A bus line also runs along Danzierstraße and Auenweg, with stops at ClaudiusTherme and RTL, all the way to the main train station. The Cologne-Ost motorway junction, as well as the A3, A4, and A59 highways towards the airport, are just a few minutes away by car.
