Our apartment building is located in the rural area of Haselau, adjacent to our agricultural operation, offering unobstructed views of the Haseldorfer Marsch.

From the entrance hall, you can access a bedroom, a full bathroom with a shower, a small room, and a spacious kitchen. From here, you can enter the heated conservatory with views of the fields, or the terrace with a large garden.

The living area, which is also accessed from the entrance hall and is approximately 60 m² in size, features a wood-burning stove and an additional exit to the garden.

In the shared, separate basement, there are spaces for a washing machine and dryer.

Pets are allowed under certain conditions.

In the Haseldorfer Marsch area, there is a primary school, a sports club, a bakery, restaurants and cafes, and shopping facilities. Further education schools are located in the surrounding area.
