Bright, furnished 2-room apartment available for sublet - shared living possible.

The bright, older apartment is being sublet furnished. It's located in a very convenient area in Friedenau/Steglitz (the photos were taken in winter and aren't really that good, sorry!). It has a sunny and spacious balcony and is furnished. We are initially only offering it for a 3-year sublet, with the possible option of a longer or indefinite lease afterward. If you're interested and after discussing it, the third room can potentially be rented as well. The large living room faces Thorwaldsenstraße, is very sunny and bright. From here, you can access the balcony, which is also very sunny and has a bench. The living room has a sofa, a dining table with chairs, a TV, and a TV stand. The second room is smaller and faces the quiet Menzelstraße. It's also bright and cozy and has a double bed and a wardrobe. The third room, which is not included in the rental price, may be available for rent upon request. This room is small, bright, and has a large window facing the balcony and, therefore, Thorwaldsenstraße. It's ideal as a bedroom, home office, or guest room, and it features a spacious wardrobe. The hallway is large and bright (no photo). The kitchen is fully equipped with an extractor fan, hob, oven, and dishwasher, as well as dishes and everything else you might need. The bathroom has marble tiles, a modern shower, and a small washing machine. The apartment is suitable for a shared living arrangement or a small family – with a maximum of 3 people.

The neighborhood is very pleasant, and a very popular ice cream café is just a 5-minute walk away. There's also a local Edeka supermarket just around the corner. Playgrounds, kindergartens, schools, restaurants, and cafes are all within walking distance. You can easily reach Walther-Schreiber-Platz by bus, bike, or on foot. The area also boasts excellent medical facilities. With the S1 train, you can quickly reach Schlachtensee, Wannsee, or the city center (Mitte).
