For rent is a cozy, fully furnished room in a 3-room apartment, located close to the Bayreuth Hofgarten and not far from the university. You will be living in an apartment with approximately 80 square meters of living space, ideally divided into 3 rooms, including a kitchen, bathroom, living/dining room, and 2 bedrooms, plus a hallway. The apartment was newly renovated in 2021 and is bright and fully furnished: it features a fully equipped, modern built-in kitchen with a capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster, pots, dishes, and various cooking utensils. In the spacious and comfortably furnished room, you will find a comfortable pull-out sofa for relaxing and sleeping, as well as a small dining table with space for up to 5 people, and a custom-made window seat with shelving. In addition, you will have access to a TV with satellite connection and an internet connection (Vodafone GigaZuhause 100 cable plan). The bathroom, with additional indirect lighting, is equipped with a bathtub, towel warmer, mirrored cabinet, vanity unit for storage, and towels (a sufficient number of towels are provided). In the hallway, you will find a coat rack with a shoe rack and a spacious built-in wardrobe. The large built-in wardrobe in the hallway offers plenty of space for storing personal belongings and cleaning supplies, a vacuum cleaner, ironing board, and iron (all available). You can relax and enjoy the view of the garden from the spacious balcony, which is partially screened for privacy, and which features seating.
