Hello! We have one last room available in our beautiful apartment in Flamersheim, starting June 1st, for a new 3-person shared living arrangement. It's a lovely room, newly renovated and available for the first time. The apartment has 3 lockable rooms, all of which will be occupied by a new group of 3 people starting June 1st. If you are interested in becoming a resident of the shared living space, please send us a few lines telling us about yourself, what you do, and where you have lived previously. The entire apartment is 70 square meters and includes a kitchen, a bathroom, and a small storage room for communal use. In total, it has 3 rooms for the shared living arrangement.

Room 2: Approximately 13.91 square meters, rent €449,-, available from July 1st, 2026, in a different apartment within the same building.
Room 3: Approximately 7.81 square meters, rent €399,-, available from August 1st, 2026 (a small, furnished studio apartment), also in a different apartment within the same building, perfect for commuters.

All rooms are bright, airy, and quiet, and are currently being completely renovated. The rent includes electricity, water, and heating, i.e., the standard additional costs. It is possible to rent the rooms furnished with a bed, dresser, wardrobe, desk, lamps, and chair. For this, we have calculated a monthly rent of €49.

About the shared apartment / Who I'm looking for:
I am looking for a relaxed roommate who values a harmonious living environment. Whether you are a student, trainee, or working professional – the most important thing is that we get along well. The room (entire apartment) will be newly renovated and can be moved into on June 1st, 2026. (The pictures show the current, unrenovated state. We will provide new pictures during the renovation process, which will begin in early May.) Newly renovated rooms are also available in another apartment within the same building, which is also currently being renovated, for move-in dates of July 1st and August 1st.
