Shared rooms can be rented individually by students/apprentices. Alternatively, companies can rent a single apartment or multiple apartments as a package.

THE APARTMENTS
A floor plan of the apartment on the 3rd floor is provided as a photo. The bedrooms are approximately 12 m² to 20 m² in size, freshly painted, and some have direct access to a balcony.

The apartments on the 1st and 2nd floors have a similar layout, while the ground floor apartment is slightly larger.

All apartments are equipped with a new, modern fitted kitchen and can be rented furnished or unfurnished.

The building is a traditional building from the Gründerzeit era (built in 1910) with high ceilings and large windows – not a new building, but a house with a classic traditional character. The bathrooms are functionally designed. The toilet and shower are located in separate rooms, which significantly simplifies daily life for multiple residents.

The house is located between the city center of Osnabrück and the Westerberg campus. Both locations are within walking distance, and other university campuses are also nearby.

There are shops located approximately 150 meters across the street (a convenience store with a bakery).

A well-connected bus stop is just a 5-minute walk away.
