Our high-quality apartments feature a beautiful, built-in kitchen. The rooms are equipped with ceiling lights.

The shower bathroom includes modern bathroom fixtures, consisting of a mirrored cabinet and a vanity unit, and is accessible via a small hallway (two steps) outside the apartment. This is not a shared bathroom; each apartment has its own private bathroom.

In the basement, there are coin-operated washing machines, giving you the convenience of doing your laundry without having to purchase your own machine. You won't have to worry about cleaning the stairwell or snow removal; a building maintenance service takes care of that for you.

The Schiffenberger Weg is one of the main access roads to Giessen.
It leads into the city center and has numerous bus stops, one of which is directly in front of the building.

You'll find shops for everyday needs in the immediate vicinity.
Within about 5 minutes on foot, you can reach the Rewe Center with a beverage store, as well as a bakery.
There is also a Lidl within about 2 minutes.

You can reach Giessen's main train station in 10 minutes by car.
From there, you can easily reach any regional or interregional destination.

You can reach the highway entrance in about 5 minutes, allowing you to access the Giessen ring road.
