The walls and floor in the bathroom are tiled. The kitchen has direct access to the loggia, which opens onto the courtyard/garden, and includes a pantry (the kitchen does not include any other kitchen furniture).
The living and dining areas are open-plan and flow seamlessly into each other. Both rooms have parquet flooring.
