Between March and April 2026, a local specialist company carried out a complete modernization of the apartment.
Particular attention was paid to the redesign of the bathroom. The shower, sink, and toilet were replaced, and the existing radiator was replaced with a modern wall-mounted radiator. High-quality porcelain tiles, recessed ceiling lights, and a mirror with LED lighting complete the positive overall impression. In the hallway, living room, and gallery on the top floor, laminate flooring in "chalet oak" was installed. The same porcelain tiles used in the bathroom were also used in the kitchen. A new built-in kitchen, in a sand beige matte finish, including a dishwasher, a large refrigerator/freezer combination, and LED lighting underneath the wall cabinets, is available to the future owner. Recessed ceiling lights were also installed in the kitchen and hallway. All wall and ceiling surfaces are finished with smooth plaster, and a modern, contemporary design was also emphasized here. The interior doors, all electrical outlets, light switches, TV, and cable sockets have also been replaced with new materials.
Location
Coswig is a major town in the Meißen district, located directly on the Elbe River. It is situated between the state capital of Dresden (approximately 10 km to the east) and Meißen (approximately 8 km to the west), and is directly adjacent to Radebeul.
The town offers a high quality of life with excellent infrastructure and direct S-Bahn (suburban railway) connections to Dresden. The motorway is easily accessible within approximately 10 minutes via the bypass road, making it a suitable location even for commuters.
