The apartment is located on the 4th floor and consists of 2 rooms, with a total area of 56 square meters.
Your room is 20 square meters. You can furnish the room with your own furniture.
The second room is currently rented to a quiet, open, and very friendly 32-year-old professional.
You would, of course, meet in person before any commitment is made to see if you get along well.
Further information:
The rent for the 20 square meter room is 500 euros plus 150 euros for utilities.
The utilities include ALL heating and water costs, including Wi-Fi. This allows for easy budgeting.
The deposit is 1,300 euros per room.
