We have a room available in our apartment at Berliner Str. 31, 55131 Mainz, in a great shared apartment with 2 rooms. It's a brand new space after renovation, with a balcony, a kitchen/living room, a bathroom, and a storage room. The apartment is located on the 4th floor and consists of 2 rooms, with a total area of 56 square meters. Your room is 15 square meters. You can furnish the room with your own furniture. The second room is rented to a cool and relaxed 28-year-old from Mainz, who works in Mainz and travels a lot for his job, starting May 1st, 2026. You will, of course, meet in person before any commitment is made to see if you get along.

The rent for the 15 square meter room is 450 euros plus 150 euros for utilities. The utilities include all heating and water costs, as well as Wi-Fi. The security deposit is 1,200 euros per room.
