Shared room in a student apartment.

We are offering a room in a shared apartment. Currently, there are two other residents occupying the other two rooms. The rooms were renovated in 2023. The shower room and separate toilet are shared. Both were newly installed in 2023.

Outside, there is a seating area where smoking is permitted. Smoking inside the house and in the rooms is not allowed.

We are looking for a friendly and long-term tenant. The utility costs are a fixed amount, so there is no individual billing.

Hasloh is a small community located on the outskirts of Hamburg. The city center of Hamburg can be reached in approximately 40 minutes by public transportation. Bus and train stops are within walking distance, as are a local shop and a restaurant.
