We are selling privately, without the involvement of a real estate agent. We purchased the house with the attached garage and the adjacent hall in 2015 and have lovingly renovated it over many years. It was particularly important to us to restore the original character. The following have been completely renovated or largely renewed:
- The roof has been completely re-tiled.
- The roof structure has been repaired and reinforced.
- The roof insulation was historically installed using clay and hemp-jute.
- The chimney stacks have been rebuilt and cladded.

They can be used as self-contained apartments, or simply as 9-11 different rooms, offering a great deal of flexibility. Therefore, the property offers a variety of potential uses, for complete personal use, for renting out in whole or in part, or as an office, law firm, etc. The two front rooms are connected by a wider doorway, and in the upper floor, the exposed timber frame has been revealed to create more space. The internal timber frame construction allows the wall to be quickly closed again, or simply a door can be reinstalled.
