The ground floor is a timber-frame house, while the lower level is built with solid construction. The ground floor features a dining area that adjoins the kitchen. The kitchen offers ample space for passionate cooks. Next to the kitchen is the living room. Here, you can relax in the cozy warmth of the crackling fireplace and simultaneously enjoy the breathtaking view of nature. A particularly lovely spot on this floor is the cozy sunroom, from which you can access the large terrace facing southwest. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with a toilet and shower. Adjacent to the bathroom is your office. Whether the remaining space on the ground floor becomes a pantry or your ironing room is up to you. Right in the entrance area is a storage room, which not only houses the heating system but also offers additional storage space under the stairs. You can access the lower level via a locked staircase. At the foot of the stairs, you'll find connections for a clothes dryer and your washing machine. Wintersburg is located north of the main town of Braunfels. Braunfels has approximately 11,000 residents and is geographically situated in the eastern Hintertaunus region, about 10 km north of the city of Wetzlar. The town is divided into six districts: Tiefenbach, Bonbaden, Neukirchen, Philippstein, and Altenkirchen. Braunfels borders the towns of Leun, Solms, Schöffengrund, Waldsolms, Weilmünster, Weilburg, and Löhnberg.
