!!! IMPORTANT !!! > The apartment is being offered in an unrenovated condition. The new tenant will be responsible for wallpapering and painting the apartment. Additionally, the flooring must be installed by the tenant. We can offer either rent-free months or a voucher for materials from the Globus hardware store to compensate for this. We are flexible and happy to discuss this with you. The electrical system in the apartment has been inspected according to VDE standards and is in good working order. Residual current circuit breakers (RCDs) are, of course, installed. After the renovation, we would offer a basic cleaning service for the apartment. We will maintain all windows and replace the seals. If any repairs are needed in the apartment, we will, of course, carry them out.
