The apartment offers 6 well-proportioned rooms that are ideally suited as bedrooms, studies, children's rooms, or living rooms. All rooms are accessible from a central hallway, which makes the apartment particularly flexible and family-friendly.

The apartment is rented unfurnished. Currently, there is no built-in kitchen, but one can be installed upon request.

The apartment is very centrally located, just a 12-minute walk to the city center. Right outside your doorstep, you'll find several shops (EDEKA, Netto, REWE), kindergartens, elementary schools, and high schools, as well as a wide variety of restaurants and cafes (including Emmas Onkel, Winzerstube, Monk, and Onkel Franz).

Bus stops are just a 5-minute walk away (on Weststraße with lines 62 and 72, and on Barbarossastraße with line 31), and the tram can be reached in 10 minutes on foot (Zwickauer Straße/Industrial Museum). The A4 and A72 highways are also easily accessible.
