Shared apartment for 4 people in Obergiesing.

Your gender doesn't matter, but you should be clean, communicative, and above all, open-minded. Previous experience living in a shared apartment would be a plus, but it's not required. The room is rectangular and furnished. It includes a bed with a mattress, a desk, a desk chair, a wardrobe, and a television (Smart TV, but without cable connection). It's bright and welcoming. The floor is made of real wood parquet. The apartment is located on the 4th floor and was renovated last year. The bathroom has tiles and features a spacious shower, a sink, a toilet, a heated towel rail, and a mirror. These are shared by all residents. For shared apartment evenings and the occasional cold drink, we use the small dining area in the kitchen or the balcony, which is connected to the kitchen. The apartment has a modern fitted kitchen with good appliances. We have a small storage room where a washer-dryer is located. Above our apartment, in a communal area (for the entire building), there are clotheslines for drying laundry. In the basement, in addition to a small storage area, there is a shared washing machine and dryer, which are operated using tokens (2€). Deisenhofener Straße is located in the heart of Obergiesing, a vibrant and historic neighborhood in southeastern Munich. Just around the corner, you'll find a diverse range of bars and cafes. For those who want to enjoy some green space, smaller parks are easily accessible on foot, and you can reach the Isar River quickly by bike. A significant advantage of the location is the excellent public transportation links. Just a few steps away is the Untersbergstraße subway station (U2, with connections to U7 and U8). From here, you can easily reach the city center, the main train station, and the campuses of LMU and TUM. Similarly, a short distance in the other direction is the Giesing station (S3, S7), which provides fast connections to the surrounding areas. Several bus and tram lines in the immediate vicinity further enhance the excellent accessibility. Everything you need for daily life is available in the immediate vicinity. Along Deisenhofener Straße, you'll find supermarkets, bakeries, and pharmacies, all within easy walking distance. Right outside your door, you'll find a Netto supermarket. A diverse selection of snack bars, cozy cafes, and traditional Bavarian restaurants offers culinary variety. Student Housing:
We are an open and friendly group of four, consisting of two men and two women, and we all come from North Rhine-Westphalia. We enjoy going out, hiking together, and taking trips. We are very communicative and this is not a purely utilitarian living arrangement; however, we naturally respect everyone's need for privacy. Flo (25, the guy with the beard and the dartboard) is a sports journalist at the Ippen Media Group. When he's not working, he usually spends time in his room, listening to music (through headphones) or playing darts. Is he a complete homebody? Not at all. Flo is always up for a group beer, spends a lot of time in the kitchen, and goes for walks and hikes. We also regularly meet at his room to play darts. Sophie (19, the social butterfly) brings the feminine energy to our group. She's studying, and in her free time, she enjoys going out and is always up for group activities. Sophie is usually around and keeps you updated on the latest news and has a wealth of entertaining stories. She's open to trying new things and often brings a smile to everyone's face.
