We are renting out a room in a house shared with six other tenants. The entire house is furnished and equipped. The house is located in 77966 Kappel-Grafenhausen, near Europa-Park.

* Fully furnished room in the attic, approximately 28.85 m² in size.
* The base rent is €410.
* The utility costs package, including Wi-Fi and electricity, is €140.
* The total rent is €550 per month.
* Shared shower and toilet.
* A shared kitchen for 6 people.
* Parking available.
* Weekly service in the shared areas: cleaning, waste and paper disposal, supply of toilet paper, kitchen roll, paper towels in the bathroom, yellow bags, garbage bags, hand soap and dish soap.
* Wi-Fi.
* Built-in kitchen with modern appliances: induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc.
* Personal refrigerators and storage cabinets.
* Dishes, cutlery, pots and pans.
* Washing machine, dryer, clothes rack, ironing board with iron.

Please note:

* The room is only rented to one person. Multiple occupants are not allowed. • Pets are not allowed, as this is a shared living space.
• Security deposit: 3 months' rent (1230 €).
• A personal liability insurance policy is required.
The landlord is responsible for the weekly cleaning of all common areas (except your room) and for waste disposal. He ensures the regular supply of all the aforementioned services. The cost of these services is included in the monthly utility allowance. Please note that you must bring your own duvet, pillows, and bed linen. The bed is 120 cm wide and 200 cm long. A mattress with a mattress protector is provided.
