Unfortunately, we don't have a fairytale castle to rent in Haan-Gruiten, but we do have a fantastic apartment that's very close!

This modern, high-quality 3-room apartment with a balcony, open-plan kitchen, and stylish vinyl flooring is located on the upper floor (1st floor) of the newly built, accessible complex at Karl-Niepenberg-Weg 2d & e. The building is characterized by its energy-efficient construction and its dreamlike location on the edge of town, offering breathtaking views over the fields towards Wuppertal-Vohwinkel.

The luxurious features include individually controllable underfloor heating per room, powered by geothermal energy, floor-to-ceiling windows with electric blinds, a bathroom with an accessible shower, bathtub, and toilet, telephone and cable connections, a video intercom system, a cellar, and a parking space in the underground garage with a 230V connection. Within sight are a (water) playground, a soccer and basketball court, a beach volleyball court, and a BMX track. Schools and kindergartens, as well as general practitioners, a pharmacy, a supermarket, a discount store, a savings bank, hairdressers, an optician, a photographer, a butcher, and other service providers and retailers are all within a 10-minute walk. The Gruiten train station (approximately 700 meters away) offers regular connections to Düsseldorf, Cologne, Wuppertal, Solingen, etc., and is reachable within 8 minutes on foot.
