The complex comprises 7 apartments, plus a shared kitchen, TV room, and rooftop terrace, located in the Steingau district, in the city center of Kirchheim unter Teck. Its proximity to the train station makes it ideal for people who commute to Stuttgart, Esslingen, or Nürtingen. Adjacent to the complex are the NANZ shopping center, the Teck-Center, and a medical center. The IWR stadt-apartments were built in 2020 and are modern, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need for your move to Kirchheim unter Teck. The IWR stadt-apartments are located on the 2nd floor and are accessible without barriers from the ground floor/basement via an elevator. A TV and high-speed internet are available. The sleeping area features a comfortable box spring bed, equipped with eco-friendly bedding. A small kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, cooking utensils, tableware, and kitchen towels is provided. The bathroom, which includes a toilet, is well-equipped. Bed linen and towel changes, as well as cleaning services for the apartment, can be booked (for an extra charge). In the basement, you will find bicycle storage, a washing machine, and a dryer. Using the washing machine costs €2.50 per wash, and using the dryer costs €2.00 (as of December 2024). Pets are not allowed. An underground parking space can be rented (optional):
