15859 Storkow/OT Kummersdorf (Kummersdorf) – BrandenburgWe have 4 small apartments available for rent, ranging in size from 28 to 58 square meters. Accommodation for 10 to 12 people is possible. Guests can use the garden, including the garden furniture. A grill can be set up. Sauna use is available upon request.
The apartments are located in separate buildings on a farm in Storkow/OT Kummersdorf. Each apartment has its own separate entrance.
We offer these apartments for rent on a fixed-term basis, preferably for 6 or 12 months with an option to extend. We particularly prefer to rent the entire complex to a company.
The rent per apartment per month starts at €500.00, plus a fixed amount for utilities. Rent for all 4 apartments is €3,000.00, plus utilities. When occupied by 10 people, the rent works out to €10 per person per night, plus utilities.
There is no separate billing for utilities.
The apartments were furnished as holiday accommodations. However, they were not actually used for renting to holiday guests.

The apartments include kitchens and bathrooms and are furnished. This includes furniture for the bedrooms/living rooms and bathrooms.
They have fitted kitchens and kitchen appliances, as well as the necessary dishes and cutlery.
A washing machine is included as standard.
One of the apartments has a fireplace.
The following items are available upon request:
- Bedding and linens
- Towels
- Hygiene and cleaning products.
Cleaning arrangements and frequency will be discussed and agreed upon.
Parking is available.
A lockable storage room with an area of approximately 20 m² can be provided or rented.
A shower is currently being installed in one of the apartments.

Location
The property is located in 15859 Storkow/district of Kummersdorf, on the Storkow Canal. The Storkow Canal connects the Storkow and Wolzig lakes (a federal waterway). The immediate surrounding area is characterized by a landscape rich in lakes and forests. The towpath runs directly in front of the property.
In Kummersdorf, you can either relax and enjoy the peace and quiet or make the most of your time with various activities.
Swimmers and water sports enthusiasts will find plenty to enjoy here, as will hikers and cyclists.
