Information on equipment
We purchased the house in 2018 and lived in it with my wife's parents. Now that we live here alone, the house is much too large for us. We have renovated the house as follows:
* All windows, from the basement to the attic, have been replaced with new, triple-glazed plastic windows.
* The electrical system has been completely renewed, and new radiators have been installed in all rooms.
* New flooring has been installed in almost all rooms (vinyl and laminate).
* All walls have been coated with a textured finish (grain size 1) and painted with a silikat paint.
* One new front door has been installed.
* A complete drainage system has been installed around the house, with drainage pipes along the basement walls.
* One new entrance staircase has been built.
* Three additional parking spaces have been created.
* The ceiling in the attic was insulated from above, and the floor of the attic was completely replaced with OSB panels.
* In 2024, the fireplace inserts were fitted with stainless steel linings.
* During the drainage work, we also installed connections for gas and fiber optic cables.
* There are lights and power outlets in the garage, shed, and garden house.
* The shed also has a heavy-duty power outlet.
* There is one power outlet on each of the front sides of the house.
* The kitchen terrace on the first floor has been resurfaced with new, durable larch wood decking. The windows in the bedrooms on the ground floor and first floor are fitted with mosquito netting. The wall between the dining room and living room has been removed on both the ground floor and first floor, creating a large living/dining area. The apartments are heated exclusively using Olsen fireplaces. Hot water is provided by the oil-fired heating system. The chimney sweep has already verbally confirmed that we will receive written confirmation that the oil-fired heating system and fireplaces are permitted to continue operating.
Location
The residential area has a village-like character with the corresponding "freedoms." There is one kindergarten and one primary school. It is rumored that the discount supermarket chain NETTO is planning to open a branch in Ebersbach.
The property (plot number 70) with 1159 square meters offers all possibilities for gardening enthusiasts. A greenhouse is already present.
A shed and a secluded garden house with a barbecue area offer residents various possibilities.
