All rooms on the top floor and attic are fully furnished.
Each room includes:
* 1 multifunctional bed
* 1 large wardrobe with mirror
* 1 desk and chair
The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, etc.
Refrigerators, washing machines, a storage room, and bicycle parking are also available.
The rent includes all utilities, including electricity and internet (fiber optic), and Magenta TV.
The all-inclusive rent starts from €650.00.

Some of the residents are apprentices from DFS (presumably a training organization), but apprentices from other fields also live in this very unique shared apartment.
