These are individual, fully furnished rooms within a shared house; it is not the entire house!

The house has 3 floors and is inhabited by young people in training programs.
The top two floors have 2 bathrooms, 1 large open-plan kitchen/living area, a guest toilet, and 1 open-plan kitchen on the top floor.

All rooms on the top two floors are newly and fully furnished, including:
1 x multi-functional bed
1 x large wardrobe with mirror
1 x desk and chair
The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, etc.
There are also refrigerators, washing machines, a basement storage room, and bicycle parking spaces.
The rent includes all utilities, including electricity and internet (fiber optic), and Magenta TV.
Room sizes range from 11-14 square meters. The total rent, including utilities, is a fixed price of €625.00 - €650.00.

Some of the residents are apprentices from the DFS (likely a training institute), but there are also apprentices from other fields living in this very unique shared house.

The property is located in a fantastic central location, in the old town of Langen.
It's conveniently close to all major highways. A bus stop is right outside the door.
A gas station and shops like Aldi are all within walking distance.
The city center and the old town, with all its restaurants, gyms, doctors, pharmacies, cinema, etc., are a 5-10 minute walk away.
