The property features double rooms with a shared dining area, each with its own windowed kitchen, and two daylight bathrooms. The layout can be modified floor by floor if needed. This makes it ideally suited for renting to construction workers or companies that need flexible accommodation for their employees. Currently, the house is rented on a fixed-price basis and, in the medium term, to a construction company from Upper Franconia until at least February 28, 2027 (likely longer), under the following conditions:

c. The tenant is responsible for:
i. Regular cleaning of the house/property, including bathrooms and kitchen.

v. Placing the waste bins on the street according to the collection schedule and returning them afterward.
vi. Final cleaning of the house/property upon move-out.
