We are looking for a friendly and easygoing roommate with experience living in shared accommodation for our apartment on the first floor. The apartment and the entire building have been completely renovated and are in excellent condition (new windows, facade, new bathroom, new electrical system, new flooring, etc.). Your new room is bright and welcoming, with white walls, laminate flooring, and furnished with a 1.40m bed, bedside table, large wardrobe, and a desk with shelving. For hygiene reasons, the new tenant must provide their own mattress. The bathroom has a shower and gets natural light. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a large refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, oven, and kitchen utensils. The rent includes everything (insurance, garbage collection, etc.). You will pay an advance for electricity, gas, and water (50 €/month), and a final, accurate bill will be issued at the end of your tenancy or at regular intervals. A super-fast internet connection is also included in the rent. In the basement, there is a coin-operated washing machine and dryer. Outside, there are seating areas and storage space for bicycles. A parking space for your car can also be rented separately, depending on availability, and optionally with an electric charging station. Now, let's talk about you:

Ideally, you should be between 20 and 30 years old. It would be great if you are a student, intern, graduate student, trainee, recent graduate, or something similar.
