High-speed internet and digital TV are available throughout the rental period for a monthly fee of €15.00.

Before finalizing any agreement, we are required to check your creditworthiness (Schufa/Creditreform, etc.). If you have any negative entries in your credit report, please inform us before scheduling a viewing, so that we can assess in advance whether we are even permitted to rent the apartment to you.

The apartment is located on a one-way street, just a short walk from the city center (approximately 5 minutes). Nearby, you'll find a bakery, a butcher shop, and a small beverage store. Within a few minutes, you can reach further shopping options (an Edeka supermarket).

The old town boasts more than 1000 half-timbered houses, distinctive and figurative wood carvings, pedestrian zones, cafes, and restaurants, inviting you to stroll and relax. Approximately 20,000 residents are waiting to welcome you!

Eschwege has a modern long-distance train station, built in 2009, with an adjacent bus station, making the city itself, as well as the surrounding area, easily accessible. Currently, a dedicated highway exit is under construction. Eschwege is also easily accessible via the B27 road.
