Just in time for your move-in on May 1st, 2026, the apartment will be freshly renovated: we will paint everything white for you (including the green accents in the bedroom!), while the stylish gray area in the dining room will remain as a modern focal point. Move in with your bags: The apartment is fully furnished. Everything is included, from chests of drawers and shelves to the bed frame (with slatted base) and bedside tables, as well as the dining table and chairs. Dream kitchen with an extra: The built-in kitchen not only looks great, but also offers maximum comfort for your groceries with its extra-large American-style refrigerator. Airy and bright: Thanks to the windows on two sides, the apartment can be cross-ventilated perfectly – a real plus for a pleasant room climate in the summer. Comfort plus: A well-maintained laminate floor runs throughout the rooms. You'll find additional storage space in the practical closet located on the same floor. Stress-free parking: The apartment comes with a dedicated parking space in an underground garage (not a shared space!), so you won't have to worry about finding parking. Important notes:
