This spacious attic apartment is available for rent immediately. The apartment consists of four rooms. Furthermore, its central location in Krefeld provides excellent access to public transportation, and major cities are easily reachable.

A maximum of seven people are allowed to reside in the apartment. Before renting, proof of income must be provided, or, if government agencies cover the rental payments, a written confirmation from the job center stating that the rental costs will be covered. Unfortunately, tenants with negative credit history (Schufa) cannot be considered. We are seeking a long-term tenancy agreement. Therefore, a contract will be drawn up that includes a commitment to refrain from giving notice for a minimum of 4 years. As a hedge against inflation, the base rent will be adjusted annually by 6.4%. Other rent increases (modernizations, rental index, etc.) are excluded.
