The apartment was completely renovated in 2016:
1. The hallway, kitchen, and bathroom were fitted with modern tiles.
2. The rooms have vinyl flooring, and the walls throughout are smooth and covered with paintable wallpaper (a new coat of paint may be required).
3. Partial replacement of windows and radiators was carried out.
4. The electrical system, including the circuit breaker box and RCD (residual current device) switches, was completely renewed. All water pipes in the kitchen and bathroom were also renewed.
5. The bathroom was completely renovated and redesigned.
6. All interior doors and frames were replaced and renewed.
7. A new entrance door for the apartment was installed.

In the bedroom, a climate panel was installed in 2016 as part of the comprehensive renovation to provide insulation on the interior side of the front facade. We plan to install a similar climate panel in the kitchen before the sale. A report with the corresponding recommendation is available.
