I renovated the house extensively to make it a comfortable home. 90% of the flooring is genuine hardwood parquet from Kährs, which gives the rooms their exclusive feel. There are two tiled stoves and an open fireplace. During the local redevelopment in 2017, the house was fitted with new water and gas connections. The house faces south and is bordered by trees that are part of a hillside. Some of these trees are on the property, which was resurveyed in 2022. In fact, there are three separate plots of land: one with the villa, a second with the guest house (which could be purchased separately upon agreement, but is not currently included in the sale), and a small plot of land on the hillside, approximately 160 square meters in size. I chose not to transfer this plot to the municipality in order to protect the trees from being cleared. There is a declaration of division for the house, meaning it could be divided into two separate living units, which could be used and occupied independently.
