Stylish 2.5-room apartment in a historic building – furnished and cozy.

Upon request, we can furnish the apartment with stylish, modern furniture, as shown in the pictures (for an additional monthly fee). This allows you to move in directly without having to transport or assemble heavy furniture. If you prefer to bring your own furniture, we can dismantle our furniture and store it for you.

Our washing machines and dryers in the communal basement are available for a flat fee of €15 per month.

High-speed internet and digital TV are available for €15 per month.
Our utilities costs are a true "all-inclusive" package, including water, heating, house cleaning, snow removal, etc. – a fixed and predictable amount.
No unpleasant surprises with the utility bill!

We are looking for long-term tenants who value a friendly and harmonious rental relationship and are willing to commit to a minimum of one year, preferably longer.

Before signing a contract, we always need to check your creditworthiness. If you have any negative entries on your credit report, please let us know before the viewing.

Eschwege has a modern long-distance railway station, built in 2009, with an adjacent bus station, making the city itself and the surrounding area easily accessible. Currently, a dedicated motorway access point is under construction. Eschwege is also easily accessible via the B27 road.
