Background:
As landlords, we are moving abroad for an extended period, so we are offering our beloved home for rent on a temporary basis. We will be moving back in after our return. Guest apartment & Cellar
The house contains a completely separate guest apartment with its own entrance, which we occasionally use ourselves when visiting family. We also retain exclusive use of a small cellar area. However, the spacious garden is entirely at your disposal.

Do you enjoy having your own garden? The upkeep of the lawn and winter maintenance are the responsibility of the tenant. We will, of course, provide all the necessary equipment. This way, the garden becomes your personal retreat, which you can design entirely to your liking. Alternatively, it is also possible to have these tasks carried out by an external service provider for an additional fee.
Technology & Utilities:
Thanks to a modern photovoltaic system and an efficient pellet heating system, the energy costs for a house of this size are relatively low. We would be happy to discuss the details of the utility billing (electricity, water, pellets) with you in person.
