Soundproofing: First-class insulation of the interior walls for maximum peace and quiet in the bedrooms. Heating & Energy: Primarily modern underfloor heating on the ground floor, energy performance class D, almost C (future-proof and efficient). New radiators in the bedrooms on the ground floor. Blinds, partially electric, on all windows (except the kitchen upstairs).
