The apartment is located on the south side of the Nibelungen Wohnpark and is surrounded by playgrounds, green spaces, and trees. It is also close to a bus stop, a sports field, a kindergarten, and a small bakery. To the north are fields that lead to the Aubinger Lohe, or you can walk to Freiham, or in the future, to the planned new lake. Several schools, including the Therese Grundschule (primary school), Mittelschule Wittelsbach (middle school), Max-Born-Gymnasium (high school), and the Realschule Freiham (secondary school), are within a 1.5 to 2.2 kilometer radius. A large adventure playground is also within walking distance. All shopping facilities, including the Cineplex cinema in GEZ, restaurants, and medical centers, are well-developed and popular in Germering. The nearest S-Bahn station is Harthaus, which is still within the Munich zone and is easily accessible by foot or bicycle. The highway entrance is not far away, but it is not audible.
