The fixed rental price is approximately €20 per square meter (floor area).
This price includes all utilities – including electricity and water (within the range of a typical office), as well as internet and Wi-Fi. There is no additional billing. Currently available are Office 2, which is 34 square meters, and Office 3, which is 16 square meters, as shown in the floor plan.
