Please note: While our apartment is recognized by the tax office due to its extensive included services (covered by a fixed monthly rent of €780, despite the energy crisis), it is not recognized by the employment agency. Therefore, we can unfortunately only rent to individuals who pay directly.

Our apartment, while not ultra-modern, is functional and quiet. It's a one-room apartment suitable for a single person, located on the edge of town in a green area, and is available for at least three months (and up to approximately 2.5 years). It offers an ideal starting point in the Bad Homburg/Friedberg region, whether you are starting a new job or dealing with a separation, or if you commute regularly. In addition to a living room/kitchen with extensive equipment, including an air fryer, there is a bedroom/office with ample storage space, a bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower, and a washing machine, as well as a balcony (see photos).
Hotel-like services are not provided.
The 6-week notice period, effective at the end of each month, offers increased flexibility when changing jobs.

Pets are not allowed, to avoid excluding potential future tenants with allergies.

The public transportation connections in the Burgholzhausen district of Friedrichsdorf are very good (public transport is easily accessible on foot, and the B3 road and A5 motorway are quickly reachable by car).
