There is also space here for an additional sideboard, refrigerator, or freezer. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, and ventilation. The bedroom is spacious and located in the northeastern part of the apartment, while another children's/office room is on the left, southwestern side of the apartment. The 80-liter hot water tank for the bathroom is located in the children's/office room, leaving plenty of space in the bathroom. The apartment includes a dedicated parking space in the underground garage. Residents also have access to a car wash area within the underground garage. Furthermore, the apartment features a large storage room in the basement, approximately 20 square meters in size, providing additional storage space.
