A 50 square meter designer prefabricated house with approximately 330 square meters of land, located in a beautiful woodland area in Teublitz.
Three prefabricated houses are planned. The projected completion date is approximately July/August 2026. Larger living spaces are also possible.
The plots of land can also be purchased without the prefabricated houses. If you already own a plot of land, you can, of course, purchase our prefabricated houses without the land.
The visualizations of the prefabricated houses are examples. The prefabricated houses can be built according to your wishes and, if desired, can also be offered with interior fittings.
The purchase price of €175,500 refers to a non-binding guideline price for a prefabricated house according to EH 55 (according to GEG), without our services, i.e., without special design elements, with standard fittings, standard windows, and underfloor heating, without interior fittings, without a solar system, and with a plot size of approximately 330 square meters in the location described above.
