Due to a job relocation, we are looking for friendly and environmentally conscious tenants to take over our spacious and bright 4.5-room apartment in a quiet, rural location, starting June 1, 2026. Sometimes life brings the moment for a new beginning – and that's why we are looking for nice tenants for our beloved 5-room apartment in the countryside, starting June 1, 2026, who will appreciate this special home as much as we do. The apartment is flooded with sunlight, has a generous layout, and is accessible. Every family member (or for home office 😉) has their own space. The modern bathroom features both a bathtub and a walk-in shower. The modern, like-new fitted kitchen includes a dishwasher and washing machine, offering high comfort in everyday life. What we particularly love:
- enjoying the first coffee on the sunny south-facing balcony,
- relaxing on the evening terrace as the sun slowly sets,
- and in the winter, the crackling of the open fireplace – a piece of coziness that you won't want to miss. The property also includes a carport with its own charging station. Therefore, we are looking for tenants who own an electric car and appreciate our sustainable living concept (with a heat pump and photovoltaic system). If you feel this description applies to you, we would appreciate a detailed message with some information about yourselves (e.g., how many people will be moving in, your occupations, your financial situation, whether you own an electric car or a plug-in hybrid, etc.).
