The terraced house in 84347 Pfarrkirchen is available for rent unfurnished, starting July 1st, 2026, and is offered without any agency fees. The house is also suitable for multi-generational living, but is limited to a maximum of 5 people. Shared accommodation arrangements (student housing) are NOT permitted. The living spaces are distributed across three levels:

Entrance/Ground Floor:
Hallway, coat closet, kitchen with a new, high-quality built-in kitchen (which has already been ordered) with ample space for a dining area, bright living room, guest toilet.

First Floor:
3 bedrooms, bathroom with bathtub/toilet.

Lower Ground Floor:
The two rooms in the lower ground floor can be individually designed, for example, as an office, hobby room, guest room, or even as a living unit for grandparents or adult children. There are also connections for a kitchen. The rooms have access to the terrace and garden, where there is also a bathroom with a shower/toilet and a spacious utility room. The house has an attic with plenty of storage space. The house was completely and high-quality renovated in 2012:
