The Weinberg elementary school and a comprehensive school with a grammar school are in the village and close to the residential complex on offer here.
Woltersdorf is a small, water- and nature-rich community next to Erkner and Rüdersdorf on the eastern edge of Berlin. A real historical gem, a quaint and well-connected streetcar runs in the village itself, a highlight, to Rahnsdorf station, which also has an S-Bahn connection to the Berlin S-Bahn.
The municipality is very popular as a destination for excursions and as a place to live and has strong historical roots. The Woltersdorf lock on Kalksee lake, Bauersee lake and Flakesee lake are well known.
The residential complex fulfills all living requirements for the family and also offers a life in a green recreational area.
The residential complex is located slightly below the road access. A communal front garden area regulates waste disposal with locked waste containers and illuminated access routes to the units. A large rear plot provides a pleasant view of the adjacent forest. This rear plot is not part of the residential complex and cannot be further developed.
