The minimum rental period for garages is 6 months. The minimum rental period for storage containers is 3 months. The notice period for garages and storage containers is 2 months prior to the end of the rental agreement; otherwise, the rental agreement will automatically be extended for another 3 months. The security deposit is as follows:

Select L Garages: €200
Storage Containers: €200
The electricity consumption for each garage is recorded by separate electricity meters. All dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
