The rental period for garages is at least 6 months.
The rental period for storage containers is (at least) 1, 3 or 6 month(s).
The notice period for garages is 3 months before the end of the rental contract, otherwise the rental contract is automatically extended by a further 3 months.
The notice period for storage containers with a rental period of 3 and 6 months is 3 months to the end of the month before the rental contract expires, otherwise the rental contract is automatically extended by a further 3 months.
The notice period for storage containers with a monthly rental period is 4 weeks to the end of the month before the rental contract expires, otherwise the rental contract is automatically extended by a further month.

The electricity consumption of each garage is recorded by separate electricity meters.
