This historic building (a listed individual monument) has been completely renovated to a modern standard using ecological building materials, while also being equipped with energy-efficient, environmentally friendly technology. You can benefit from affordable electricity generated by the solar panels on the roof (PV system). The ecological interior insulation, using wood fiber panels and clay plaster, preserves the character of the Baroque building with its high ceilings and excellent indoor climate.

We offer two charging points for affordable charging using solar power.
The modern central air-water heat pump, with wall and underfloor heating, provides heating for the entire Baroque courtyard complex. This ensures consistently low operating costs for all apartments.

Location
The historic town of Oppenheim is located in the district of Mainz-Bingen (Rhineland-Palatinate), nestled in the hilly landscape of Rheinhessen between Mainz and Worms. As an important medium-sized center, the town offers an excellent quality of life with historical flair (St. Catherine's Church, Wine Museum) and modern infrastructure.
Wormser Straße is one of Oppenheim's central axes, connecting the town center with the southern foothills. The location is characterized by a mixture of residential and commercial buildings. There are numerous facilities for daily needs in the immediate vicinity. A training center of the KVHS Mainz-Bingen is also located in Wormser Straße. Public transportation: Oppenheim train station (S-Bahn connection to Mainz/Frankfurt and Worms/Mannheim) is within walking distance or a few minutes by bike. The B9 runs not far from Wormser Straße and provides a direct connection to Mainz (approx. 20 min.) and Worms (approx. 25 min.). There are public parking facilities along Wormser Straße and in the adjacent side streets. The property is conveniently located for wine and culture lovers. The famous Oppenheim vineyards are in the immediate vicinity and the German Wine Museum is right next door. The historic market square is within easy walking distance.
