The historic building (individual monument) has been completely renovated using ecological building materials and at the same time equipped with energy-efficient, modern, climate-friendly technology. The tenants receive cheap electricity from their own roof (PV system), the ecological interior insulation with wood fiber boards and clay plaster preserves the character of the baroque building with high rooms and a great indoor climate.

We offer two charging points for inexpensive charging with solar power.
The modern central air-to-water heat pump with wall and underfloor heating supplies the baroque courtyard. This ensures permanently low operating costs for all apartments.

All seven residential units are being completely refurbished. Two show apartments on the top floor can currently be viewed.
The two maisonette attic apartments are equipped with modern and highly efficient split air-conditioning units to ensure a pleasant indoor climate even in summer.
The two top floor apartments can be rented from March 2026.
A further four apartments in the main building on the ground floor and 1st floor will be ready for occupancy from March/April.
2 apartments are already reserved or rented, 2 apartments on the ground floor and 1st floor are still to be rented.
In addition to tenant electricity, the house is equipped with a video intercom system and keyless access with a Smartlock. Internet access is provided centrally at low cost with its own access directly when you move in.
Our two show apartments on the top floor can be viewed immediately by prior appointment.

Location
The historic town of Oppenheim is located in the district of Mainz-Bingen (Rhineland-Palatinate), nestled in the hilly landscape of Rheinhessen between Mainz and Worms. As an important medium-sized center, the town offers an excellent quality of life with historical flair (St. Catherine's Church, Wine Museum) and modern infrastructure.
Wormser Straße is one of Oppenheim's central axes, connecting the town center with the southern foothills. The location is characterized by a mixture of residential and commercial buildings. There are numerous facilities for daily needs in the immediate vicinity. A training center of the KVHS Mainz-Bingen is also located in Wormser Straße. Public transportation: Oppenheim train station (S-Bahn connection to Mainz/Frankfurt and Worms/Mannheim) is within walking distance or a few minutes by bike. The B9 runs not far from Wormser Straße and provides a direct connection to Mainz (approx. 20 min.) and Worms (approx. 25 min.). There are public parking facilities along Wormser Straße and in the adjacent side streets. The property is conveniently located for wine and culture lovers. The famous Oppenheim vineyards are in the immediate vicinity and the German Wine Museum is right next door. The historic market square is within easy walking distance.
