If you're looking for a quiet place to work, we offer a separate office unit (unfurnished) for commercial rental in our detached house, located on the edge of the forest in Lüttringhausen, Klausen. We ourselves live in the house.

The office consists of a main room, a small storage room, and another office room.
The main room can optionally include built-in kitchen units.
There is a separate toilet and a separate shower.

The use of the space as living accommodation is not permitted, as the rooms are exclusively for commercial rental. Inquiries regarding this will not be processed or answered.

Price upon request. We rent the entire space as a fixed monthly price, i.e., without any separate billing of utilities.
As a security deposit, we require a guarantee, but not a cash deposit.
