The country house is located directly in the village center and is only a 10-minute walk from the Porsche area. Supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, post office, drugstore and much more can be easily reached in just 1-2 minutes on foot. There is a bus stop to Leonberg in the immediate vicinity. The immediate surroundings and the street are extremely quiet, so that children can also play in the street. There are plenty of parking spaces directly in front of the house. The nearest highway access to the A8 is approx. 5 km away.
